Waking up technique – alarm clock apps with stop triggered with your morning routine starting.

  1. Alarm apps like alarmy allow you to set specific triggers. It can be the barcode on your toothpaste, a picture of your kettle. Making the stop trigger being the first part of your morning routine helps you get out of bed and transitioned to starting the day. It avoids the problem of multiple alarms and snooze options by being one alarm and forcing you to be out of bed – pushing past a lot of the resistance to continued snoozing.
