Welcome to ADHD UK

ADHD UK is by people with ADHD for people with ADHD.

The best place to start is our About ADHD page. From there we have videos (by Dr Max Davie – specialist in ADHD, trustee of ADHD UK and person with ADHD), we have information on teacher attitudes to help inform conversations with your school, and for adults a self-screener survey to uncover if you might have ADHD.

If you think you have ADHD and are worried about NHS waiting times please look at the diagnosis pathway page, which has information on your NHS Right to Choose and faster NHS paid options.

We’ve recently launched our discovery platform to find ADHD strategies, products and ideas.

We hold video based support groups. Bringing people together on areas such as “Recently diagnosed Adult ADHD”, “Finding the right career”, “Parenting” and others. If you are interesting in participating join our mailing list to be notified.

If you want to get involved. You can read our political goals and strategy here as well as learn about how to get involved. If you want to donate or fundraise. Then please get in touch! If you’d like to explore volunteering then register your interest here.

To follow us as we grow please follow us on facebook, twitter or instagram or join our mailing list.

Current Research

Right now we’re undertaking research into the structured support available for people ADHD. In particular, we want to learn about people’s experiences of Exam Halls, To-do Systems, Access to Work, got Workplace Adjustments, Student Disability Allowance and/or Personal Independence Payments.

If you’ve got experience please click the links. We’ll use your learnings to help others with ADHD.
